This year’s Winnemucca Christmas Bird Count will be held on Monday, December 15th and is organized by Shannon Finnerty. If you are interested in participating, please contact Shannon no later than December 7th at sfinnerty@blm.gov or (775) 623-1500.

If you are new to Christmas Bird Counting consider attending Northwest Nevada Bird Alliance’s Christmas Bird Count introduction event on December 6th at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park.
